What a gruesome story Little Red Riding Hood is when you really think about it...I mean a wolf swallows a grandmother and then little red whole. I mean he literally swallows them whole. Of course, they are rescued from his belly by the woodsman...blah blah blah....but really, swallowed whole? Did you know this "theme of restoration" is also found in Peter and the Wolf, the life of Saint Margaret, and Jonah and the whale.

I love hanging out with Jessica...not only is she is soooo easy to be with...she is a total lady, all grace and graciousness...and has passed this wonderful trait on to Zoe.

Ok, true story...Jessica has ONLY positive things to say about Tyler...I mean seriously... I thought really?? but then I met him...and now I understand...they really are both disgustingly wonderful people!!!


However, the most important thing about this image is that my boys will be relieved to see Zoe really does have a daddy...because no matter how many times I tried to explain to them...that Zoe's daddy works during the day like their daddy does....they still ask if Zoe has a daddy...

Out of the 'office' today...took a trip to Chaffee Zoo. Myself, the kiddos, Jessica, who is miraculously still my friend after the goose incident, and Channel 30 Action News all made to Chaffee. Apparently, a shooting had taken place last night in the parking lot...honestly, can they really charge you $5 for parking the day after a shooting? deep thoughts.

Here I go again...off on a single word tangent, but in all fairness it does say 'whatever'..."WHATEVER you do...."

really? really? I mean there are no specifics or shoulds? I mean I am a girl who feels more comfortable with shoulds and specifics.....I mean really? Whatever? Seems a little loosey-goosey if you ask me....very suspicious.
